For the Sugar & Spice Rim...

Instructions
For the Sugar & Spice Rim...
Mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg on a small plate, and set aside.
Rub a lemon or orange slice around the rim of your champagne flute, then dip the rim into the sugar mixture on the plate to create your sugar rim.
For the Bellinis...
Once you have your sugar-rimmed champagne flutes, add the apple cider, your cinnamon and nutmeg, and then your prosecco (in that order). Enjoy!
