The Rosé Punch Cocktail
I've been loving this Rosé Punch Cocktail recently because it's so refreshing, has fresh fruit incorporated, and just the right amount of bubbles. Plus, the Campari mixed in is an aperitif and gets me ready for dinner!

Blood Orange juice

or Tangerine juice, plus slices for garnish

Strawberries

Sparkling Rosé

to use as a floater
Instructions
Pour the ice, Gin, Campari, Simple Syrup, Blood Orange Juice, and the strawberries (with their juices) into a cocktail shaker and mix vigorously.
Pour mixture into a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of blood orange or strawberries.
Add ice to the glass, and pour the cocktail mixture inside. Top with sparkling Rosé. Enjoy responsibly!
